How to make a certain list of users in JIRA have access to absolutely all projects, regardless of whether they were explicitly added to this project or not.
At the moment, if I create a project, it will only be visible to me, and I need to add other people manually to the project so that they can see it. We need to make sure that others always see any projects. Help please

Hi @Yanina ,

The only way seems to add all these users into a group for once. Then for each project manually allow the group instead of allowing each user one by one.
