Major differences between Webportal and macOS App

When I click on the 3 dots at the top right of the Done column using my macOS app:
And when I click the same 3 dots at the top right of the Done column using a web portal:
As you can see, they are very different. I was hoping to "Clear 1 Done issue" directly by using the macOS app but this does not seem possible?
