Hi,
We have set the Notification of the project to send mail to an Jira user whenever an issue is commented or status is changed. But mail is not going for that user when there is status change or it is commented. When we map the same user for another project notification then he is receiving mail.
We also tried mapping another Jira user for notification in the same project. Mail is going.
Both the users are in Jira. But the mail domain is different.
Can anybody help us to find what could be the reason.
