Mail notification for deprecation notices in chanelog

Hi,

If there are deprecation notices in Atlassian which I see come up in Atlassian developer changelog then how can I receive email alerts for the same? I see some option called RSS feeds, how does it work with email id, without making changes in outlook. Or is there any option to choose in 'Email and privacy preferences' for the same.
