Mail handler is not working properly??

Hi Team,

Email responses to jira tickets/comments are not getting updated in respective JIRA task. I saw many mails under Mail queue.

How to troubleshoot??

Under the system, go throw the all the income mail handler (edit and check the test connection) all test connections are successful
