Mail Handler is not creating issues

I have created incoming mail server ( gmail ) and Mail handler that creates issues.

When i press test it says that issues are created but i can't find any issue in Jira.

Did anyone has experienced this kind of issue?

Please check the permissions for the reporter you have added has the create issue permission for the project.

If you are able to create an issue for the project which you have selected in the mail handler, go ahead and add yourself as the reporter and test once.

Also check once if the issues are processed in Gmail (usually it will disappear from the folder

That's pretty much it you should be able to see the issues in project processed by mail hander
