Mail Handler Class throw Exception

Hi everyone,

my UI under "System>Incoming Mail" is broke :(

I tried to set an default reporter and by accident i confirm it without any value. Since then it throws an exception and the edit button also other mail handlers are missing. I dont know how to fix this issue. 

Maybe someone have facing this issue in the past and can help me out.
