Eu criei esse quadro kanban gerenciado pela empresa, depois, iria vincular um projeto nele, mas nem acesso as configurações do quadro eu tenho, pois diz que eu não tenho acesso, mas foi EU QUEM CRIOU ESSE QUADRO.

Como resolvo isso?

Quais foram os passos que você seguiu para criar este quadro Kanban gerenciado pela empresa? Você criou apenas um quadro Kanban ou criou o projeto inteiro com um quadro Kanban?

Se você criou apenas o quadro Kanban a partir de um projeto ou filtro já existente, talvez você não tenha acesso ao projeto ou filtro subjacente.

Se você criou um projeto totalmente novo, selecionando as opções de quadro Kanban, então esta seria uma situação realmente estranha.

What are the steps you followed to create this company-managed kanban board. Did you create just a Kanban board, or did you create the entire project with a kanban board?

If you created just the kanban board from a project that already existed or a filter that already existed, then perhaps you do not have access to the underlying project or the filter.

If you created a brand new project, selecting the Kanban board options, then this would indeed be a strange situation.

I created this company-managed Kanban board, and then I wanted to link a project to it, but I don't even have access to the board's settings because it says I don't have access, even though I'M THE ONE WHO CREATED THIS BOARD.

How do I solve this?

Eu criei um quadro gerenciado pela empresa, totalmente do zero, e o projeto tbm, tudo novo. Na hora da criação, eu não vinculei o kanban a nenhum projeto existente.

Unfortunately I'm not clear on the steps you executed to create your project/space and board. Can you detail each step you went through to create the project and then create the board? Tell us each button or link you clicked. Screen images to illustrate each step would be helpful.

I created a company-managed board entirely from scratch, and the project too, everything is new. When creating it, I didn't link the Kanban board to any existing project.

The board itself never opens.

When I go into the board settings, this message appears:

Dito isso, o acesso a um quadro é determinado pelas permissões do filtro do quadro. Portanto, se alguém alterou essas permissões, isso pode ter bloqueado seu acesso ao quadro. Como alternativa, tente copiar o quadro e, em seguida, alterar o filtro usado por ele.
