Lost my permission to view DLH issue

Since I want to view DLH issue through the link at Jira email , it turns out I can't access to the page. As I back to Jira website , I can't found the DLH type of issue in Jira website after login , but other type of issue can found . What's wrong with my permission of Jira ？

The DLH you mentioned is a Project?

Yes , ollie . This project named DLG HW Defect Tracker . I'm curious about that I only lost the permission of the DLH project but have others .
