Lost access to my workspace

Hi group,

Last week I did a login to my account, I received the code into my email (MFA) and after introduce it into the webpage, I created a NEW account with a new username (losing all my previous work and repositories).

Do you know how I can restore them? I believe the problem is that the username is new, and all the previous workspace is with the previous username.

Any idea how to proceed?

Also, I received this email and responsed to the support account, but I didn't receive any response for a week:
