Lost access to Atlassian Cloud site – dignacz48.atlassian.net

Hello,

My Atlassian Cloud site seems to have disappeared.

Site URL: dignacz48.atlassian.net

Previously I had full access to my Jira project, but now the site cannot be found and I get a "site unavailable" error.

It also says that the Cloud URL cannot be found when I try to contact support.

This project contains important documentation going back to September, so it is critical for me.

Could you please check if my site was deleted or deactivated, and if it can be restored?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When was the last time you or anybody else accessed the data in that Jira site?

Were you using a Free subscription or a paid subscription?

If you had a Free Confluence Cloud subscription and you have not accessed it in a very long time, then your subscription has probably been deactivated and the data may have been permanently deleted.

Atlassian states in their documentation that they reserve the right to deactivate Free subscriptions that have no activity for an extended period of time. They send multiple emails to the Organization Admin warning about impending deactivation. They send another email on the day they deactivate the subscription warning that the data will be permanently deleted "soon" unless you reach out to them to reactivate your subscription.

Otherwise if you want an authoritative answer on the state of your subscription and data you should contact Atlassian by completing and submitting the form on their Licensing support page:
