I'm using frequently the add-on JIRA in Excel to refresh data directly within Excel (by call on a dedicated filter). I can observe that sometimes, I need to reconnect JIRA (by using function "Connect Another site"). How can I avoid this lost connection ? Many thanks for your feedback.
