Hello,
I have lost my access to https://jira-lastmile.atlassian.net/jira platform.
I am Lead of all projects. No other admin there.
Can you check and set my permissions back ?
You'll "lose access" for one of three reasons:
Can you tell us what error messages you are getting when you try to log in?
Hello,
It says that i do not have permissions to access. Project enviroment.
If i request it i receive E-mail into same mail box (As i am trying to use) To approve it.
In email when i try to "Review Request" i get same issue that i do not have permissions.
I am only one admin in our environment. So no other member can give me permissions. Or do any configuration.
Is it possible to set my Admin permissions back ?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
So you have not lost access, you've just had your project permissions changed.
An admin (Jira admin or project admin) has removed your access to the project, either by changing the permission scheme for it, or removing you from groups or roles.
You'll need to check the project permissions.

Main issue is that i am admin of Jira and Project.
And i cant access them to do any changes.

I think I am not being clear here.
There are two things you are mixing up when you say "access".
Originally, you talked about "access" to your Jira environment. That suggests that you were not able to log in. I told you what might have changed to cause that.
You then changed "access" to mean "I cannot see or do things in a project", implying that you can log in.
If it is still the second meaning, then you have had your project permissions changed.

As an admin, you will still have the right to see and amend permissions and project memberships, even if you can't even see the project as a normal user. Go to the system admin area and look for the list of projects (admins can always get to the admin section of any project from there)
