Loss of ability to view releases for guest users in JIRA

Hi there,

Guest users used to be able to view jira project releases and versions in the past. We're now on JIRA .7.9.0 (https://jira.xwiki.org) and when I log out, I can't view Releases anymore.

For example the following works only I'm logged in with my user:

https://jira.xwiki.org/projects/XWIKI?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin%3Arelease-page&status=released-unreleased

FYI, the permission scheme for the "XWIKI" project has the "View Development Tools" allowed to "Anyone".

Any idea?
