Hi,

I am trying to use the Lookup Object block in Jira automation but seems like having an error.

I have looked about it and it is said often this is related to third party cookies in browser being disabled, but not the case at my side.
Any idea how to resolve this ?

Hi @Sarveashwaran welcome

check the following:

Common Causes & Fixes:

  1. Browser-related issues

    • Clear cache and cookies.
    • Disable any ad-blockers or privacy extensions.
    • Try in an incognito/private window.
    • Switch to another browser (Chrome/Edge recommended).
  2. Third-party cookies

    • Even if you think they’re enabled, double-check in browser settings. Jira Automation UI often relies on them.
  3. Atlassian Assets permissions

    • Ensure you have read access to the object schema in Assets.
    • If the schema or object type was recently deleted or renamed, the component may fail to load.

Hope this helps!
