Looking up Version name by ID

May just missed it but I have not been able to find API or more spcific SIL way to 'get' the version name of any project by the version ID.

One of my scripts loos for a speicifc Version name which is accross all 10 of our projects. Currenly my script has if statment checking for each Version ID for each of the 10 projects. Must be better way to do this
