Looking intograding issues on jira

Hello! I'm looking on appropriate methods for ranking or grading issues on jira, if anyone has any idea or recommendation. What I want to be able to do is to grade any issue with something like a 5 star ranking to be able to understand the quality of the issues, quality of the information and stuff like that. You could create a custom select field with values 1-5. Of course, unless controlled by some algorithm the ratings are going to be subjective.
