HEllo,
Logon Jira I am getting the following error.
Hash LQCHFU
Hi @İsmail Genç
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
Could you kindly let us know exactly when the error occurs? Is it right on the login page, after you enter your password, or after the SSO redirect through your company's login? This information would really help us pinpoint the issue more easily.
The "Hash" code you see isn't the actual error itself. Instead, it's a reference ID from the Atlassian login service, which Atlassian support can use to trace what went wrong on their end. So, it's definitely worth keeping that code handy.
In addition to the incognito and cache steps @Gor Greyan suggested, I would check the network side, since this error often comes from something blocking the login flow:
If it works on another network, a corporate firewall or proxy is likely blocking access to parts of id.atlassian.com.
If none of that helps, contact Atlassian support via target=_blankhttps://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and include the hash code. That is exactly what it is there for.
Cheers, Martin
