Loging hours in one task

Hello,

Is there a way let's say 5 users or more can charge actual hours in one task and not assigning it to a specific team member in JIRA ? 

Let's say i have a task or charge code of ABC-123  and i have 5-10 team members in a project and would like to charge their hours into a task / Charge code ABC-1234. so when i generate a time sheet i can see that one task is being charged by my team.  is this possible?
