Login to Jira Cloud with unverified email

Is it possible to login to Jira Cloud with unverified email ?

We are planning to move to Jira Cloud from Jira Datacenter. There are certain number of Jira account on our Jira Datacenter instance which doesn't have email address associated with them.

What is the best way to use them in Jira Cloud ?

Hi @Hitendra Chauhan,

No, that is not possible. In Jira cloud, the email address uniquely identifies a user account. An account can simply not exist without an email address.

When you want to migrate accounts from Data Center to cloud, you'll need to add a mail address before you'll be able to do so.
