Login required for every ticket

Login required for every ticket

Every link that I click on I get a pop up window that requires me to login to Jira to view, even though I'm already logged in in another window. How do I fix this? It might help that I'm already logged in on a chrome window and an edge window pops up.

Hello @Joe Simpson

If a different browser window opens up, then Jira is acting correctly by not having you already signed in.

Try starting in Edge and see if that asks you for a login when you click links. Also check to see what your default browser is.
