As I try to log in to Jira via Entra ID, I get an error message and can't proceed. Here's a screenshot of the problem.
Hello @Peter Farago ,
Can you please attach the error but with the browser URL included? that can help us to identify the issue.
Thanks!
Hello @Peter Farago ,
Welcome to the Community !
Thanks for posting your query!
Related to your screenshot error: seems your account is having login issue to atlassian instance in your organization; above related to SSO config error or your profile license allocation.
Just a heads-up — Atlassian Community members (including myself) don’t have access to your company’s Atlassian instance or user management settings. Login issues are typically related to SSO, MFA, or account permissions, which are managed internally by your IT team or designated Atlassian administrators. Please reach out to them first, as they’ll be best positioned to investigate and resolve the issue. If further help is needed, your Atlassian admin can contact the Atlassian Support team via the Atlassian Support Portal.
Hope you're able to get back in soon!

Hi @Peter Farago ,
I would advise contacting your organization's IT support/your Jira and/or Organization admin.
They can usually check how everything is set up, or inform Entra ID administrators and try to troubleshoot it with them.
It can usually be a few different reasons why users are experiencing issues - from mismatch in the configuration of SAML/SSO integration, to wrong authentication policies or differences in attribute mapping between Atlassian and Entra ID (or any other IdP).
Cheers,
Tobi
