Hi,
I'm trying to customize the Jira Server (8.19) installation so that user roles allign with the functional roles within the organization. A product owner is in the ProductOwners-role, a developer is in the Developers-role, etc.
Users which are placed in the new groups get the message "Sorry, your username and password are incorrect".
The groups are is the Application Access list.
Setting the Default check does not influence the behaviour.
Adding a Jira default group does allow the user to login, removing that group returns the problem.
What could I be missing?
