Login failed over REST API

Hello,

we were using the Teamworkx Outlook Integration for Jira plugin. This plugin is using the REST API for the login. This plugin is working with all accounts in our company but not with my.

To login directly in JIRA is working for me without any problems. But when I am trying to connect over this plugin it failed.

In the logs of the atlassian-jira-security.log, I see the following entries.

For the browse login:

For login over the plugin

I have no idea how to solve this. With all other accounts, also on my computer, the login is working.

Have any one an idea how to solve this ?
