After following the guide to add a self signed certificate to Jira, I get the error message:
Referer URL: Unknown
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Login Store is not enabled and cannot be used at this stage
I could only find one resource pertaining to upgrading Jira, which is not my situation. This is a fresh install of Jira 9.10
