I'm not able to login again in Jira Service Desk (Evaluation Version)

I've installed the Jira Service Desk (Evaluation Version), and I've been working for a few hours without problems.

That was yesterday but, today, after start the Jira Service, I tried to login and the always I receive the message of incorrect username or password.

I tried to recover and also change the password, and it is impossible:  Atlassian does not give any email with the answers.  I checked my account in Atlassian, my email, password (I tried to change replacing it by the same and it warns me about the use of the same password - my password is NOT wrong), and nothing works with this problem.

So, how can I continue the testing?  What I can do?

Many thanks.

Hi @Juan Miguel Villoria,

please have in mind that if you are on server, you do not log in using your Atlassian-Account but using the admin account that you created when installing Jira. Then you log-in with that account and create an account for yourself in the User Administration Section.

You need to give it the right username/password combination.

There's nothing trying to be clever or different  from other applications in the code, it really is just checking username and password match what it has for the account.

If a user gets their password rejected, then either they have given it the wrong combination, or the password has been changed in the database.

I think the only option you have now might be to change the password in the database to something you know.  See https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/retrieving-the-jira-administrator-192836.html

Hello!

If nothing else works there's still an option to reinstall the application.

There shouldn't be much useful information I suppose.

Hi, Greg.

I did it just now!     And it does NOT work!   My user name / password still incorrect.

     It is really strange.
