In recent days, I am unable to login into my JIRA account.
Every time i got an error message, mail id does not have access to JIRA on ps-stla.atlassian.net

In this case, please contact the person who wants you to have access to PS-STLA.
As community members, we cannot check or change your access. Atlassian also cannot simply control customer-side permissions in your company’s instance.
Most likely, an admin of that instance needs to set your permissions again and restore your access.
That is outside the scope of the Community and needs to be handled internally by the owner or administrator of the site.
