I cant regain access to login to my admin account for velaceti.atlassian.net after clearing my cookies and cache. I have tried everything in the Community Support and Google. Nothing is working and I need to move the boards forward.

Yes I am one of the admins. I cleared my cookies and cache and now can't get back to the correct board velaceti.atlassian.net. It keeps telling me I have already requested access. When the other admin logs in my email is gone under the user's information screen. I never receive the verification email. We use the free version. Are you a Support Member?

What is the problem, wrong pasword, 2FA issue etc..?
