Logging time can take forever

When logging time to a task within Jira especially in the morning it can take upto 5 mins each time, I would of thought this would be alot quicker?

I have also attached a recent error that i recieved when trying to log my time. jira error.PNG

That suggests either that your server is overloaded, or it's going out to an external server and that is being slow.

Are you on Cloud or Server, and what work-log related add-ons are you using?
