Logging of changes made to contexts for a custom field

Does anyone know if there is a way to see who/when changes were made to the contexts for a custom field setup as a dropdown selection in Jira?  I have a field with customer names that we've tied to macros feeding dashboards in Confluence.  We noticed this morning that nothing was populating in the macros that have been working previously.  When we troubleshot the JQL in Jira, we discovered that the names had changed in the context list for several of the customers.  I'd like to know how/when those changes happened and if possible by whom.  Any way to get to this information?
