Logging into Android app - auth error "we could not find a site"

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
How do I log into the mobile app. It says we cannot find a site when trying to log on using auth.
The email account used does have access and works with our JIRA cloud site.
