IE is default browser. Would prefer this works on IE.
Any thoughts?
Jennifer,
Here are the steps to resolve this issue. You are almost there: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-6297
Hi Jennifer,
Also do not forget to allow these IP ranges as mentioned on Atlassian IP Ranges and Domains
Regards,
Shannon

Thanks for the responses. I have tried everything on the page Brant suggested. Still doesn't work. I haven't tried to talk to the network engineers about allowed IP ranges, as it works in Firefox. But I will see if I can talk to someone today about white-listing.

Just checked with engineering; white-listing IP ranges won't resolve the issue, which is probably in the IE browser. Currently, we are speculating that the resolution to this issue did not get deployed to the environment we are working in. (I think we're in a temp or test environment.) Anyway, for now Jira and Confluence do not work on IE in our environment, even when we configure. We will take this up again after we're out of the exploration phase into the adoption phase.
