Logging Work

Cannot log work on an issue. After I fill the mandatory fields it gives error: Issue not found.

The project permission scheme is all setup: The users are assigned to a Role, and the Role is assigned to "Work on issues" permission.

Still, when I click on Log work button is returns this error message. Please let me know if you have a solution for this.

Hello, are you sure that that the user, under which you try to log time, have the Browse Issues permission in this project?

Hi Alexey. Yes in Browser issues permission role is assigned as well.
