Logged into JIRA Cloud but it doesn't think I am

Everytime I try to use JIRA cloud, it asks me to sign in and I do but when I ask it anything it says I need to sign in.

Welcome to the Community! Can you try using an incognito window?

I'd recommend to try clearing your cookies and logging in again.
