Log in issues

I have login issues to Jira: "does not have access to Jira on labelbox.atlassian.net." What should I do?

Welcome to community :)

The subscriptions seems active here but more of a product license issue. Please ask your admin to check this : https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/users-can-not-log-in-to-their-instance/
Check if the users granted the correct Application Access to the instance.

A couple of questions:

Did you you to have access to this site before? If yes, has something changed that you know of?
Is your account managed by yourself or your organization?
Are you the only one experiencing this issue?
Which role to you have on that site / within that organization? User, Admin, ...?
Do you know the Site Admin of that site?
