Log in error Jira Cloud in Teams

I am getting a log in error each time that I try to sign in, but it is only a problem on the chat tab, the other tabs (issues, info) work fine. Any thoughts here?

The error in Dutch says "something went wrong, please try again."

The answer was to type 'notifications' to get the bot to show the notification options. After making a selection here the bot started working. Apparently the sign in button keeps showing which confused me.

@Michiel Tibboel Have you successfully logged into Jira through MS Teams before?  Are you the Jira Admin?  Can you check and make sure that the app you are using to connect teams is still installed on your cloud instance?

Yes I did, I have a Jira tab in my Teams group that works fine.

Also the issue and info tabs here work fine, only the chat is not working.

I am not the Admin, is that needed?

In order for the integration to work, there is an app that needs to be installed and enabled on your Jira instance.  I would suggest checking with your admin and see if everything is configured on your instance.

I cannot find another app to install in Jira cloud instance?
