Locking the login screen

Hello,

Is it possible to lock users coming from Active Directory in Jira Data Center other than CAPTCHA when the password is entered incorrectly on the Login screen?

Another question I have is, should the session be blocked when I log in to Jira data center from a different device?

Moreover please go to Administration menu , then select General Configuration and setup Maximum Authentication Attempts Allowed to 1

About devices, you can't block users. My suggestion is to setup whitelist if necessary to allow users from specific networks (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-the-allowlist-1014667309.html).
