Locked Custom field Unable to Edit

We are unable to add values to the custom field as it is shown as LOCKED. We have tried in Admin access as well and its still shown as LOCKED.

Hello @Mushtaq Zuhair 

As you are on cloud you can't change a field mark as LOCKED. Some field come with Jira software or plugin, so if you change them you will break some feature.
