List of approvals not showing up

Nicolas Basilio January 6, 2023

Hi,

I'm having a problem with approvers list in jira portal. When someone is doing a request and this request needs an approver the list of approvers is not showing up unless the user is opening the request has Jira Software license. Users with "have access to the website" can't find nobody in approvers list.

That's a problem because I have to give Software licenses for everyone who wants to send me a ticket who needs approval.

@Nicolas Basilio ,

Check this:

Go to 'Global Permissions' and check if the permission 'Browse users and groups' is enable to "Public".

Also, go to 'Project Settings' > Customer Permissions > And look if the 'Customer Sharing' section is checked the option "Customers can search for other customers within their organizations, or manually enter the email address of other customers within their project"

Generally resources affected this function.

Hope this helps.
