Is it possible to get all users list with their participating projects?

There is not an easy means of getting this info. There are APIs you could leverage but it isn't a simple one step process. Here is one post discussing an approach- Is-there-a-more-efficient-way-to-fetch-the-users-associated-with . If addon app is an option check the Marketplace - possibly something like EasyBI could help.
