×By default Jira provides some issue types and these issue types are highly dependent on project template chosen at the beginning (Scrum or Content Management or Project Mangament etc...)
Is it possible to have the full list of issue types that may be available by default in a template or another before creating new ones by myself ?
Hi @Florence Moreau,
As far as I am aware the project templates and their issue types are not documented in detail, this is most likely due to the fact that Jira projects are flexible; an administrator can remove and add issue types (custom or not) to a project at any time.
If you choose a Content Management project template you could customise the project in such a way as to make it a double of the Project Management Template.
The features you access within Jira Software and Jira Core are different, this is the distinguishing factor here. If you only have access to Jira Core then your templates are only going to relate to the features accessible in Jira Core and not Jira Software, so Scrum projects will not be accessible.
Hope this helps
Thanks. Such a list would be helpful to avoid too much configuration and start from the issue types by default.
Best regards,
Florence
