Which linux version supports JIRA 8.20??

Well, you can use the recently updated Linux Platform from Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, etc.

Follow the documentation on how to configure the Application and you are Good

presently we have below versions of linux on two different systems, do we need to update linux for jira 8.20??

CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core) Kernel version 3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64

Linux 2.6.32-754.31.1.el6.x86_64(RHEL 6 is very old)

If it's on supported version of linux you should be good 👍
