We have a test Help Desk project and a test Jira project. The goal is when an issue is created via email to help desk, it automatically create an issue in the Jira project. Once the issue in the Jira project is moved to Done, we'd like the issue in help desk to resolve automatically. Using the automation tools, we followed the steps to have an issue automatically create a separate issue on a different project. It is currently set to clone the source issue while linking. I'm not sure if changing the linking type will make sure the issues move together or not. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks.
