Linking 02 diff type of issues under a parent issue

We have Story. Under story, at the sub-task level, we have Issue Type A and Issue Type B. 

There can be many number of Issue Type B but only one Issue Type A. 

When an Issue Type B is created, it should automatically get linked to Issue Type A. 

Can this be achieved through automation/post-function?

Hi @Arun Unnikrishnan you should be able to do this.  The automatic link would be easy enough in either an automation or post function.  The only 1 Type A you can achieve through a validator on the create transition to test if the story already has that sub-task type.
