Linked pull requests is empty

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We've followed the smart commit with issue key for all branch, commit and PR but when navigate to Code page under development, the linked pull request is empty.
However, under issue details panel, it shows the PR that have created in github.

The status shows all sync. For that article you share, we don't face the status not sync issue. Once we close the PR in github it reflects in Jira. Is just the PR list is not showing.
