Linked issue preview is not rendered for a certain cloud site

I found something weird with Jira linked issue preview card that I could not figure out and I hope someone can enlighten me.

So we have a few Jira Cloud sites.

So in one of our Jira sites, when I hover to a linked Jira issue, there is a open preview card so that I can view the linked issue in a dialog without losing the context.

The preview card is as shown below.

However in two other Jira Cloud sites, the preview card is just not available when hovering the linked issue. As you can see from the screenshot, I was actually hovering NPRA-130 but not preview card was shown.

Do you know if there's any setting to enable this preview card?

It looks like a new feature which is still rolling out - I assume it's the feature "View key information when you hover over links" mentioned on this page, so might be available on one of your instances, but have not been released on others.

From what I can see, it was first mentioned ~ August 2023.

If you want to check further, I'd either...

• Check if your other instances are on bundled release tracks rather than continuous, and if the upcoming release includes this feature, or...
• Ask Atlassian Support to check if the feature is available on all sites or not
