Link issue while creating via URL

Does somebody know if it is possible to link the issue on creation via URL?

I tried something like this https://myjira.com/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=12345&issuetype=12345&summary=summary&reporter=me&description=description&priority=3&issuelinks-issues=JIRA-2515&issuelinks-linktype=refers+to

This leads to an error stating that the linktype is not available. I'm not sure if this is supported by Jira. If so, i don't know the exact statement :-)
