Link issue not visible on jira tickets

In the past I was able to link issues with dependencies but I can no longer link issues. 

- Verified that issue linking is ON

- Went to Jira Settings > Issues and selected Screens from teh left-hand panel.

I see the following:

- Added linked issue to all of the screens.

- On Jira Settings > Issues > Field configurations "Linked issues" is set to show on all screens. 

- On an issue selected the more button (...) and do not see an a link option.  See picture below.

What else needs to be done to show linked dependencies?

Welcome to the community.

The link option is in the center part of an issue.

Select the "Add" option and choose "Linked Issues"

Here is a screen shot of the option to add the linked issues to an existing issue:

Verified on new issues the Linked option is being shown automatically new issues.  The Linked issue is displayed on existing issues that were not linked previously when the above item is selected.
