Link between sub-tasks and stories

Dear all, 

I am trying to make my JIRA more automated.

Is there a way how to have stories and subtasked linked?

Meaning, that if a story has a due date, my subtasks cannot have higher due date. Or the other way, if a due date of subtask is longer than due date of story, then the due date of story will nbe automatically adjusted. I found one topic related to this (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Story-and-Sub-Task-date-relationship/qaq-p/461548) but it does not say anything.

Moreover, if I move the story to DONE, I would expect that also subtasks and other child issues will move as well.

You will need to find an app that can provide validation to check the dates, and one that can work out the workflow for subtasks and move them all through it to the desired state when you move their parent.
