Link Screen Scheme to the Story issue type

I need to link a new Screen Scheme to the Jira cloud project which has been using a default screen schema for stories and lots of other issue types,  the project  has a large number of stories.

Here's a step by step on how to associate a screen scheme to a work type:

1. Select Settings () then Work items.

2. Select Screens then Work Type Screen Schemes to open the View Work Type Screen Schemes page.

3. Select Configure next to the desired work type screen scheme.

4. Select Associate a work type with a Screen Scheme and select the following options: 

   1. Select a work type you wish to associate a screen scheme with.

   2. Select the desired Screen Scheme.

5. Select Add, and the new association will be added to the association list above.
